Formula 1 GP Location

The Interlagos Circuit, officially known as Autรณdromo Josรฉ Carlos Pace, is located in the southern zone of Sรฃo Paulo, approximately 20 kilometers from the city center. Travel time from central Sรฃo Paulo hotels by private transfer typically ranges from 40 to 60 minutes, though it can extend to 1.5 hours during Grand Prix weekend due to increased traffic. From Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), the journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, while Congonhas Airport (CGH), the closest option, is around 15 kilometers away with a travel time of 30 to 45 minutes. For those arriving at Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas, expect a drive of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. It is recommended to depart early on race days to avoid delays caused by heavy event traffic.
