 Verified A great find. We booked a transfer from our hotel in Santos to the cruise ship terminal. The driver arrived on time and was familiar with the local roads and the challenging access to the port. Even though our driver spoke little English it was not a problem as the communication system with the main office ensured that he was well informed as to our needs.  Verified A positive experience. We booked for a taxi pick to take us from Santos port to Sao Paulo airport ahead of our trip to south America. The cost was good considering it was a 2 hour journey. Received confirmation again prior to the pick up with exact details of how to find our car. The staff at the port were visible and very helpful. The driver was excellent, as was the car itself.  Verified Private transfer to both sides of Iguazu Falls. iSouthAmerica transfer service is wonderful. From organizing with Juan to the day of driving with Leonardo, we were treated well the entire process. We used their private car service for the day to see both the Brazilian side and the Argentinian Side of Iguazu Falls! It was an unusual request; Being picked up from the airport by the driver, taken through customs, waiting while we visited Brazil Falls, back through customs, waiting while we visited Argentina Falls, and returning us to the airport all within 9 hours! Leonardo was kind, helpful, and gave us good information about the sights and area. Communication was through email with Juan, and through WhatsApp with both Juan and Leonardo.  Verified Recommend for Iguassu airport pickups and cross border journeys Used Iguazu Falls Airport Transfers which is part of iSouthAmerica for a pick up from Argentine Iguassu airport to a Brazilian side Iguasu hotel then a return from that hotel to a different hotel back in the Argentine side. Really pleased with Rafael and Gustavo for the journeys. Both communicated beforehand via WhatsApp Especially with Gustavo who sent very clear instructions as to pick up location and car picture for the busy airport pick up point.  Verified Great service and on time We needed transportation from the cruise ship dock to Santiago, Chili, abt 60-70 miles apart. Driver waited as promised for our disembarkation tho delayed.  Verified Airport Transportation iSouthAmerica provided our transportation services from the Lima airport to our Lima hotel and then back to the airport. Our flight to Lima was delayed 1 hour and we had no way to communicate that with them. When we arrived, our driver was waiting for us with a sign and our name on it.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luise Miguel Preates saved our trip We were on our way to South America cruise and thinking of adding a detour to Iguassu Fall. Not knowing the bad reputation of Flyboundi airline we booked their flights. The airline company changes out flight from 9:40 arriving time to 4pm arriving time to 12 am arriving time, and finally to 10 pm arriving time. We were so worry that he will be gone by the time we arrive. But when we arrived, there he was, with the sign with my name. He drove us through boarder handling the Argentina side of boarder control and direct us through the Brazil side of boarder control. And we arrived the national park gate by 11:30pm (our hotel is inside the park, and the connection shuttle run till midnight). On our way back is equally dramatic. Around 3:20, Luise write to us saying if there is a time change, please let him know. I went to hotel conciser to check my flight schedule. It turned out it is push up by two hours. We contact him immediately. He arrived so quickly that he must have just jumped onto his car and rushed to us. on boarder, the group before us was having some problem with immigration office. Our driver was so nervous and got out of car several times to see if there is someway to check us first. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time. All thanks to Luise Miguel Preates.

We made reservation for a transfer between Valparaiso and Santiago (Chile) and everything went smoothly. Upon arrival in Valparaiso, the driver (Camilo) sent me an WhatsApp text confirming he had been waiting. As soon as we exited the door, he was holding a sign with my name on it. The driver was waiting for us on time, and drove us smoothly to our destination as specified in the booking. The only thing we would like them to improve is their instruction on their website, which indicates the driver would meet us inside the arriving hall of the port terminal, but actually he had to wait outside of the terminal courtyard. We would never have met him if we did not walk to the gate to search him, while most other tour companies were inside the gate. This caused significant delay for our ride.
