- How do I meet the driver? The driver is going to be waiting with a signboard showing your name. Please note that Bogota Airport is chaotic, follow the pick-up procedure: Collect your luggage and pass through customs. After that you will see several drivers holding signboards at a very disorganized arrivals hall. Be patient and look for your name (this may take a couple of minutes due to the lack of order).
- What will happen if there is a delay on my flight? We will follow up on your flight status online, if there is a delay, the driver will wait. If you miss your plane and you board a new flight with a different number, contact us.
- When I’m going to the Airport. At what time the driver will pick me up? You will be able to decide pick up time on booking, we suggest a minimum of 3 hours before flight departing time.
