 Verified A great find. We booked a transfer from our hotel in Santos to the cruise ship terminal. The driver arrived on time and was familiar with the local roads and the challenging access to the port. Even though our driver spoke little English it was not a problem as the communication system with the main office ensured that he was well informed as to our needs.  Verified A positive experience. We booked for a taxi pick to take us from Santos port to Sao Paulo airport ahead of our trip to south America. The cost was good considering it was a 2 hour journey. Received confirmation again prior to the pick up with exact details of how to find our car. The staff at the port were visible and very helpful. The driver was excellent, as was the car itself.  Verified Private transfer to both sides of Iguazu Falls. iSouthAmerica transfer service is wonderful. From organizing with Juan to the day of driving with Leonardo, we were treated well the entire process. We used their private car service for the day to see both the Brazilian side and the Argentinian Side of Iguazu Falls! It was an unusual request; Being picked up from the airport by the driver, taken through customs, waiting while we visited Brazil Falls, back through customs, waiting while we visited Argentina Falls, and returning us to the airport all within 9 hours! Leonardo was kind, helpful, and gave us good information about the sights and area. Communication was through email with Juan, and through WhatsApp with both Juan and Leonardo.  Verified Recommend for Iguassu airport pickups and cross border journeys Used Iguazu Falls Airport Transfers which is part of iSouthAmerica for a pick up from Argentine Iguassu airport to a Brazilian side Iguasu hotel then a return from that hotel to a different hotel back in the Argentine side. Really pleased with Rafael and Gustavo for the journeys. Both communicated beforehand via WhatsApp Especially with Gustavo who sent very clear instructions as to pick up location and car picture for the busy airport pick up point. Both helped with the immigration crossing and made them simple. I would very much recommend for the cross border journeys.

 Verified Excellent Port to Hotel Transfer The best transfer service! English speaking for contact prior to arrival in port. Friendly driver who took care of all of the suitcases. Careful driver and knew ways around traffic bottlenecks. I highly recommend this company for transfers.

 Verified Great service and on time We needed transportation from the cruise ship dock to Santiago, Chili, abt 60-70 miles apart. Driver waited as promised for our disembarkation tho delayed. Smooth operation and prompt confirmation of required credit card prepayment. Always had contact info with mgt in case of problems and driver contacted me upon his arrival.

 Verified Airport Transportation iSouthAmerica provided our transportation services from the Lima airport to our Lima hotel and then back to the airport. Our flight to Lima was delayed 1 hour and we had no way to communicate that with them. When we arrived, our driver was waiting for us with a sign and our name on it. Both drivers were very nice and well able to navigate the chaotic Lima traffic. We highly recommend i SouthAmerica.

 Verified Excellent Transfers We had two transfers arranged in Rio and Iguacu Falls.Both were on time and excellent drivers.One flight was 3 hours late ,but they quickly rearranged another driver..Would definitely recommend.
