- In which Cruise Terminals is the service available? We provide transfers at Buenos Aires Benito Quinquela Martin Port and Rio de Janeiro Pier Maua. Argentina / Brazil.
- How do I meet the driver? The driver is going to be waiting with a poster showing your name. Meeting point can have particular characteristics in each destination. Your will be informed on detail during booking process.
- What will happen if there is a delay on disembarking procedure? We will always ask you to establish a latear pick up time than the actual Cruise Scheduled Arrival. South American Cruise Terminals can be chaotic and disembarking usually takes long. Please be generous on setting pick up time.
- How long it takes to go from Cruise Terminal to the Airport? We suggest 3 hours minimum between pick up at Cruise Terminal and departing flight time for connections pier-airport.
- At what time the driver will pick me up when I’m going to the Port? Pick up from your hotel will always be 3 hours before the departure of your Cruise.
- Can I use this service to go to a Neighboring City? Yes, just let us know your final destination and we will quote. In all destinations we cover a wide range outside city limits.
- I’m carrying extra luggage, is this a problem? No we manage vehicles and alternatives for all needs. Just inform us in advance as we will offer you the optional available.
- Can I book Transfers in a South American Ports not listed here? Please contact us and we will do our best to offer you a solution for your needs.
- Can I book a regular shuttle service, shared with other travelers? We offer only private transportation services. We do not manage shared vans or buses.
