 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luise Miguel Preates saved our trip We were on our way to South America cruise and thinking of adding a detour to Iguassu Fall. Not knowing the bad reputation of Flyboundi airline we booked their flights. The airline company changes out flight from 9:40 arriving time to 4pm arriving time to 12 am arriving time, and finally to 10 pm arriving time. We were so worry that he will be gone by the time we arrive. But when we arrived, there he was, with the sign with my name. He drove us through boarder handling the Argentina side of boarder control and direct us through the Brazil side of boarder control. And we arrived the national park gate by 11:30pm (our hotel is inside the park, and the connection shuttle run till midnight). On our way back is equally dramatic. Around 3:20, Luise write to us saying if there is a time change, please let him know. I went to hotel conciser to check my flight schedule. It turned out it is push up by two hours. We contact him immediately. He arrived so quickly that he must have just jumped onto his car and rushed to us. on boarder, the group before us was having some problem with immigration office. Our driver was so nervous and got out of car several times to see if there is someway to check us first. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time. All thanks to Luise Miguel Preates.

We made reservation for a transfer between Valparaiso and Santiago (Chile) and everything went smoothly. Upon arrival in Valparaiso, the driver (Camilo) sent me an WhatsApp text confirming he had been waiting. As soon as we exited the door, he was holding a sign with my name on it. Price was reasonable, quoted in us dollars, and charged so there was no money exchange issues. Driver was courteous, and very patient with the rush hour traffic. Highly recommended.

ISouthAmerica removed the stress by texting and emailing the day before and the day of the pickup. On the pickup day the driver called to confirm his location so we had no problem locating him.

The driver was waiting for us on time, and drove us smoothly to our destination as specified in the booking. The only thing we would like them to improve is their instruction on their website, which indicates the driver would meet us inside the arriving hall of the port terminal, but actually he had to wait outside of the terminal courtyard. We would never have met him if we did not walk to the gate to search him, while most other tour companies were inside the gate. This caused significant delay for our ride.
